FAKE! That style of Texas plate only held six characters. This is a photoshop job…
Photoshop or a fake front plate. Does Texas require a front license plate?
Texas does require front plates but the law is very rarely enforced. This style of plate was issued when the maximum number of characters allowed was just six. Since then, we’ve added one more so the max now is seven on the newly designed plate. There is no possible way this letter/number combination could exist on any Texas plate.
And it’s not a fake plate either. The fakes that are produced aren’t allowed to even get close to mimiking the official plate. Those are not legal.
There were only a select few 7 character plates even released thus far. Even that isn’t an open market yet. Any way you slice it, obvious fake, should be taken down.
Terrible photoshop job…characters aren’t even the right color…and again, too many of them for that tag.
